The video above was on this past weekend on Saturday Night Live. It's a spoof of the very popular NBA commercials, one of which is below.
A few weeks ago, Time Magazine even ripped off the concept and the slogan, putting Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton on the cover. I couldn't resist using the example in my copyright exam this year.

Thanks for reminding me of the school days.. It was much better than these days in which I am distressed by the bar exam preparation.
I think I failed in catching the issues to this qustion in the final exam. But it was really interesting, so, I posted this problem to my blog in Korean website, just using the video and Time photo and am waiting any ideas from some bloggers. you can see the posting, even though it was written in Korean for korean users.
