NYT article on video, YouTube + citizen journalism

News:  NYT has this article on an "undercover vegan" exposed the meat industry with video of a slaughterhouse in California.  The video led to the elargest beef rcall in US history.  I like the last line from the article:

"But the success of this video has given the technique a boost. 'A picture is worth a thousand words, but a good video is worth a million,' Ms. Newkirk said."
